This page explains what information Rocky Rescue collects when you use the free website health check, and how it's used. It's short on purpose.

What we collect

When you run a free health check, we collect:

• The website URL you enter, so we can scan it
• Your email address, so we can send you the report

If you use the "Need something else?" contact form, we also collect your name, email address, and the message you send, so we can reply.

We don't require an account, and we don't collect payment information as part of the free scan.

How we use it

• To run the scan and generate your health report
• To email you that report
• To follow up about the results and, if relevant, our paid services (Tune-Up, Migration, Rebuild, Care Plan)

You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time.

Third parties involved in a scan

Running a scan means sending the URL you submit to a small number of outside services so we can check it properly:

• Google PageSpeed Insights — to measure page performance
• Resend — to deliver the report and notification emails

We don't sell or share your email address with anyone else.

Data retention

We keep lead information (the URL and email you submit) so we can follow up and improve the service. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.
